Yo Favourite ways of curing?

Ok from what I have read so far, it seems the most popular way to cure is to
cut the root ball off, hang the plant upside down till the stems just start to snap(obviously the length of time will depend on your climate) and then cure the buds in jars(burping the jars once in a while) for up to a month.

I also read something a while back about curing in ziplock bags. I tried this with some leaves as an experiment and it seemed to work quite well. The leaves were sticky when dried as aposed to crumbly. They still smelled grassy though, but then again I never cured them in a jar after.

I am going to harvest in about a month. Any tips/ideas? Thank you.

i thought of using ceramic jars to cure. They are airtight and i might experiment and use one to see if theres any difference between curing in them and glass

I put my plants in a black bin bag for 2-3 days still in their pots but with dry soil.
I then cut them down and stick them in a cardboard box for a few days until they are springy touch dry.
Then i jar them and burp them daily.

I used to sweat the wet bud but im not so sure now if thats the best way to get the best flavour from them and it can cause mould:blsmoke:

i find the box way works best.
i just cut and putinto the box for 4 weeks min.
in a dry dark place, i also put lines in the box,to hang the buds.
and keep in a warmish dry, dark place.
then jar up.

Ceramic jars can breathe moisture depending on the glaze I think. You might be on to something.
Yeah i know what u mean if the right ceramic or stone that absorbs moisture. Then has been laminated or sealed so is airtight. Then u could possibly jar straight away as the stone would draw the moisture from the bud. It could dry and cure at the same time. Its very unlikely but would be nice if it worked to reduce the drying and curing process.

Ok going to hang em & jar em. No shortcuts here. It'll have been a full 7-8 month project from seed to bud by the time I'm done. Some things just take time I guess.

Thanks for the input.

it takes a lot less time if you reveg one of those and clone the shit out of it. then you can have a 2.5 month cycle like me. late
