yield increase...

ive seen threads on using chicken wire to train ur branches into a upside down u shape to increase yield, i would like to know exactly how this is done, and maybe some pictures if at all possibele!!

i think is is called scrog(screen of green) that ur talking bout maybe...just search scrog and see
