It's a hard question to answer. There are many variables that will determine your over all yield.

Would you care to share the exact details of your grow?

I'm not sure why anyone would even bother asking this question. I'm on my first grow but new better than to ask this question. It obviously depends on so many different things from methods used to the amount of knowledge a grower has and there ability to apply that knkwledge. I think a person should set a reasonable goal and go from there.

depends on the type of genetics, growing medium, light source, size of your pots, nutrients, water source. but it looks like about a pound.
