Yield estimates.

Most of the seedbank strain details list indoor yields as 350-450gr/m2, Is there a formula for what that equates to for a single plant seeing as my 32x32 tent can only handle so little.

Thanks

No formula can tell you how much you will get. There are too many factors at play such as nutrients used and the type and amount of lighting you use. Those numbers are grown under optimum conditions with the best gear. You should be focusing on Quality before quantity.

Its worked out using a 600w hps. How they get to that figure is likely SOG so they can state the highest figures.

But in reality its a nonsense figure. It doesn't help you with a single plant. What you need to do is focus on filling your space with whatever plant count you plan and keeping it controlled by utilising training methods.
By controlled I mean shape your canopy so all of it gets a good even amount of light. That will help you get the most from your space.

For a single plant a real long veg with lots of topping/fimming and training is where it's at. Unless you'e got a strain that doesn't like being topped. And get the best light/lights you can afford.

From all I've heard. Pay no attention to that. Like many will tell you. That is under 100% optimal grow conditions.

It's more useful to see what someone on this forum has managed to yield under their grow conditions rather than taking their estimate too seriously.
