Question: Do you PHing your water with or without nutes before watering in Allmix soil?

(biobizz nutes and biobizz Allmix)

So tired of the of many hours on interweb about this topic.

I always PH my water to 6.5 in soil because I have high alkalinity in my water. Be sure you PH your water after mixing in your nutrients.
Yeah i always ph after mixing my nutes. But i was wondering if most people do or do not PHing

I use BB light mix and always ph anything going in.....6.3-6.5...after nute mixing.
Let me add....I retired from a national chemical company where we serviced many large manufacturing plants and their use of proprietary chemicals...We ALWAYS did a water check to KNOW what the vehicle (water) used to disperse our chemicals had in it...you would not believe how different water is from one locale to another.....

my bad answered title not post.

I don't remember needing to PH I mixed then let it brew for about 2 hrs until it balanced to about 6.0 then I'd feed.

If I were to add PH , I'd add it after nutrient solution has mixed maybe 5-10 min.

I am using BioBizz LightMix. I did my first 2 runs without pH-ing but then I bought a pH meter and began measuring. My water has a pH of around 8, and with nutes ( grow-bloom-topmax ) it goes down to about 7. Still too much tho, so I bought pH Down and got it from 6.3 to 6.5.
Idk, I like to be precise. Maybe the soil can buffer the pH but why make it work, when I can give it correct pH from the beginning?

In case i do not really need that extra step with the ph pen. But now i have a clone that will get No PHing what so ever.

As I saw stated on one of the nutrients I've tried, it said that for better brake down of the substance when mixing it you should Ph it before adding the nute. I guess it makes sense since the elements in nutes react to ph values. I personally use them before mixing, I mean it can't do any harm and that information on the bottle kinda made sense to me. A heads up, my nute for example also gives a 0.3 ph down when using, so I ph the water at 6.5 then add the nute mix it and pops it at 6.3. That's my 2 cents on what I picked up along my journey. Good luck!
