yellowing

Hi guys I have some plants in rockwool I think I may be under watering them.
My last crop I had a big problem about over watering so now I'm paranoid about doing it again.
I feel the rockwool is moist but i am getting yellowing leaves? I am watering about every 3 days until they get established.
PH is around 5.8-6.0 about 900ppm.
They are in a topfeed/NFT system.
What I think might be happening, when i water the plants they take the nutrients out of the rockwool and only water is left in the rockwool keeping it moist until the plant takes up the remaining water resulting in a deficiency???.... idk

Those are not HPS lights. They are MH. But i know what you mean.
The second pictures are not clear enough for you to see?
TY for the chart but i understand there is a deficiency but I'm confused what is causing it.

First what are your temps? Looks like they may be hot. I'd say feed with a nitrogen heavy product.
