Im sure you thought of this but are you using tap water? I grabbed the wrong water for my plant that didn't have time to evaporate the chlorine and the chlorine burned the tips similar to this. Hope this helps!

Keep humidity up (dome), but keep rockwool slightly damp. If you have sprayers below, limit the watering. You don't need so much with rockwool holding water.
Without knowing your setup... allow for the seedling to recoupe until it can acclimate. You can take it out of the dwc for now, and add back in later. only water as needed - where wool is almost dry and not hardened like a dry sponge.
