Yellowing new growth please help!!!

I got girl scout cookie clones 6 days ago and three days ago i noticed the new growth was growing yellow and its been getting yellower each day there is also some fan leaves curling down im watering with ro water with cutting edge nutrients grow micro bloom at half strength and adding cal-mag plus and liquid karma please any help is greatly appreciated thanks!!!

Ph is 5.8
ppm 680 nutrients
royal gold coco
3 gallon smart pots
2x400 watt hps bulb
its a sealed room
450-600ppm c02
temperature 74-77
light 18-6

The pics with pvc pipe were taking before the problem started and the humidity is 45%

You checking run off PH? 5.8 is about borderline for mag lockout.

ya but 5.8 is better in coco i thought because 5.9 and up blocks out calcium and 5.7 down blocks out mag? do you think its too low ppm of nutrients or over watering?

ya run off is ph 5.9 and ppm is 1300 which is more than what is going in

PPM is 1300 hmm something odds going on. . These clones are fully rooted correct and ready for nutes correct?

Yes the clones had roots coming out the bottom not a lot of roots but they had a few they were rooted in a small rock wool cubes i was doing some research and it seems that the first 5 days i was watering with out run off because i wanted to promote growth to the roots the nutrients probably built up and when i watered them today and got 10% run off the salts that built up came out and made that increase in ppm

i just turned off one of my 400 watt lights because i just thought about what you said and maybe its to bright for how small the roots are and the lights are telling the plant to grow and the roots are having trouble keeping up with the nutrient demands for growth?
