Yellowing leaves / Twisted new growth / Glaw / Stunted growth / Leaves drooping

Heyy
I have a problem with my plant. I'm gonna say it's my first grow and for the first 12 days everything was looking fine and my plant was really healthy. Then this happiness was gone because I started to spot some yellowing on the leaves.

About my plant: Critical plus, 2 weeks and 3 days after germination. Planted in soil (no perlite) - 4l pot (probably a mistake). On day 15 I transplanted into 60/40 soil/perlite. Temps around 23C-28C or 73f-82, note that 82F was max. In average temp stays around 75F. Humidity is 40%-55% (first week it was about 30%-40%). Now I have a little humidifier in my grow space. Ph has been around 6.2-6.8 but lately more like 6.5-6.8 and never been over 6.8. Grow space - Unfortunately my grow space is not closed space. Its like 1m x 1,5m* x 2,5m room, where I use CFL's with mylar cover (originally photolights) and its about 60cm x 90cm or about 2'x3'.

About light: First 2 days i only used 2*45w CFL's bulbs, but my seedling started to stretch so much (also lights were too far away). That's why I pulled light closer (about 4'' or 10cm) and started to use 4 x 45w CFL's (its about 11 000lumens). Have to say it solved the streching problem. Since then i was using 4 x 45w CFL's until yesterday (16.January 2020). I started to use 7 x 45w CFL's and moved lights about 8''-10'' away from my plant (do not know if its a good idea, but was worried about airflow and heat).
Before I forgot, my light circle is 24/0 but on days 6-8 I had light circle 18/6 just to see the difference but stuck with 24/0.
To move air in my grow space I have only one computer fan, cause I see my temps and humidity are ok. Later gonna invest in real fan in need.

Watering: First two days spray watered, on day 3 i watered about 100ml with plain ph 6.5 water. On day 4 I transplanted my plant a little deeper in soil (stretching problem) and spray watered 3times a day. Day 6 watered again about 100-150ml with plain ph 6.5 water. Then day 9 I watered again about 200ml with plain ph 6.5 water. On day 11 I literally F*cked up, cause I accidentally dropped my watering can. So my plant was getting around 1,5l water. Soil is soaking wet.

Then my precious started to worry me. Like I said in the beginning, on day 12 I spotted a littel yellowing (no drooping just yellowing). It was so little that I did not do anything at this very moment. But next day (day 13) yellowing spread. Waited another day to see the difference. So problem still spreading and the big problem is that soil is still wet. Also my plant looks like overwatered, leaves are drooping and the growth is stunted. Before it grew like very fast, but now I don't see almost any grow at all. On day 15 I decided to transplant my plant. So this time I used 60% soil and 40% perlite to allow better waterflow and more oxygen to my roots. Also I watered my plant right after transplant

After transplant on day 16 leaves are still drooping but i think its normal for a few days. So my plant is yellowing (I'd say its drastically yellowing now in couple of days), my leaves are drooping but that's not it. I add some (plenty enough to see my plant grow from beginning) pictures so you guys can see it yourselves.
Day 16 midnight I went to check my plant and got some new problems. I see that new growth is started to twist and my leaves (i think) are going to look like claws - tip of the leaves bend down.

I have done so many research and found so many things that could cause affects like this.
Overwatering - yeah that I really did. But I did transplant and watered a bit to avoid airwall or smt.
Nitrogen toxiciy - Well I have not added any nutes but I used sulfuric acid to bring down ph a little. The deal is, my sulfuric acid powder contains also 8,5% nitrogen. But is this really the case?
Pests - My grow space isn't fully closed, but its in separated room. I have seen some little flies around but they look more like fruit flies. I know that fungus gnats (googeled) can happen after overwatering, but they do not look like fungus gnats. I add a picture.
Heat/light stress - Maybe - my lights were pretty close to my plant before and I guess temps between lamp and plant were higher than I thought. What about too much light? Well drooping or wilting leaves and yellowing from the top?
Nitrogen deficiency - Yellowing leaves. So in my case all leaves are sort of yellowing. Don't have that much leaves tho. Even these two embryonic leaves (first leaves) are now yellowing.

Okey, I did write here because I do not know what to do next. I'm open to any suggestions. So please if u have any ideas how to deal with my problems, let me know.
