Yellowing leaves seedlings

A. Indoor grow
B. 3x3x4 grow box
C. 300w full spectrum LED
D. Temp is 76 degrees
E. Humidity is 47%
F. Seedling stage about 10 days old

Hello, 1st time grower. So it looks like I made some classic mistakes. Looks like a bit of over watering. I have slowed the watering to every 2 days. I was watering daily, very small amount of water maybe a shot glass full. This morning the leaves started to get a little yellow with some brown spots. I started with a crappy jiffy organic soil in jiffy pots, about the size of a red solo cup. I have since transfered the seedlings to larger pot with fox farm happy frog soil.

Can anybody confirm that my thoughts are right? Are these plants salvageable?

Are you checking your ph? Water them once well and don't look at them for a week they will be fine

I discovered this morning my cheapo ph meter was not working. Went and got a test kit from the local hydroponics store. But, I was using bottled water instead of tap.

im thinking the light should be closer a new seedling yellowing is not enough light or to much water I just looked at them again they don't look stretchy and they don't look wet what is the soil there in

I would try 10 maybe not to sure with though led I don't want you fuck your plant up more did your problem start in the jiffy pot and organic soil or when transplanted to ff

if your soil is moist now lower light if not water it and lower light and don't water till its dry if you have a small fan but it on low to get a little air movement helps make plant stronger and with drying out soil a little

How much soil is in the pot? Looks like hardly any at all. I would transplant ..it will probably be really happy about that....and dont use a jiffy pot on the transplant.

Yup transplanted the other day. 2 of the 3 are looking pretty good. Invested in a moisture meter as well. Tested the pH of the bottled water I was using. Looks like the pH was closer to 8+. I raised the LED a few inches and ph down the water and seeing some nice new growth now. I will give them one good watering this week and leave them be.
