Yellowing leaves!! Need some help pls

Hey guys, this is my first time growing and I’m having some issues with my plant.
Older leaves are turning yellow and have this big brown spot on them, I don’t know what it might be :(
The soil I use is Plagron Batmix and I’ve used some Power Roots with it and a tiny bit of Alga Grow.
They are autos on week 3 and I feel their grow is stunted.
I use filtered water, PH between 6.2 and 6.5
I’ve been thinking on flushing it, maybe I’m having some issues with nutes or drainage (?) idk, kinda overthinking it.
I’d appreciate any comments and advice.

You don’t need to add nutes as the soil has enough in it for at least 4 weeks. Defo something not right there, the plant shouldn’t be showing issues as the soil has pretty much everything it needs, but you do get plants from time to time that are little fckers from start to finish. The leaf looks like possibly phosphorus issue, but again the soil has more than enough in it. What light you using ? How close to the plant ?
 
Something is up thats for sure, at three weeks they should be bigger, no idea whats wrong but am thinking on it. Usually yellow out from ph but apparently not the problem. Sorry l couldnt help more. Like zeee said how far is light?
 
Hey, thanks for the replies. I’m using Mars Hydro TS1000 lights and they are about 70cm away from the top of the plant (2’3”) should I raise the light?? Also maybe flushing would help?

Over nutrient can cause lockout in any plant let alone those babies

Not sure how to save them other than stop doing things to them and see if new growth looks better
 
I never have to fertilize babies that small. I think they are adapting and will come out of it. I think raising the lights will help. I started using led's in my veg room this year and I'm still on the learning curve. I wiped out 90% of my tomato crop. The only ones that thrived were the few I had under flourescent lights.
