Alright folks. I'm starting to get some yellowing of leaves. Mostly fan leaves. My wife was helping me take care of the girls and I think she neglected nutrients or she over watered. I'm trying to get them back on track. Any thoughts on whats going on. MY set up is 5 gal pot with a 400MH. I run a humidifier temps are at 74 with humidity at 45.Thanks for the input.

Looks like over watering too me. Do you know how to make a foliar spray from what you have? I would lay off the watering for a day or 2 and foliar feed. The leaves should rejuvenate almost overnight.

I use AN Sensi A/B 2 ml each, .5 grams of a few other additives, dissolved in 1.7 jug of water. I sprinkle the leaves with it if I dont have a sprayer. Works great.

Over watering? Are you for real? When a plant is over-watered the leaves will sag/droop down almost as if it is beginning to wilt.

How long has it been in that pot/soil and what kind of soil is it? The flash/lighting seems to kind of interfere with the coloration on that photo. If the lower leaves are yellowing and going pale as they appear to be then they could stand an application of some plant food. When a plant is deficient/unable to acquire nitrogen from the soil the lower leaves start to go from green to pale greenish-yellow to yellow.

i hate when ppl guess...it helps no one. the plant is developing intervein bleaching symptomatic of mag def from ph being too low usually. the solution is 1tbsp/gal dolo lime drench.

Looks like a mag issue, yellowing in the veins, and taco leaves. I feel like mag is the most common deficiency, I always see these different things. Guy adds epsom or calmag, boom the issue gets fixed! Are you supplementing any calmag or epsom?
Check the ph of your water, even though soil buffers, it isn't a cure all for the things you do, and can mess with thensoil PH to a varying degree, how far, idk, I stopped growing in soil, and have yet to look back.so I don't research much now.

If you have a nutrient filled medium, I'd say it's a mag issue. If you have an inert soil, I'd say it's a mag, and maybe nitrogen. But this looks like evrryone of my mag issues. But for sure listwn to the other before me, over me. I just type a lot as to not misconstrue my words. They're more to the point, and much more knowledgeable

You're right, you can see it particularly in the backs of the fan leaves, and the leaves of the lower nodes, in the first and last pictures.

Foliar application would help fix it fast but definitely add dolomite. Fulvex or a couple teaspoons of epsom salt dissolved in water and sprayed onto the foliage (esp. bottoms of the leaves).

Thanks for all the tips. I started nutrients half strength every other feeding about two weeks ago. I use ff triple. I will start with the Epsom because of availability. Will keep posted on results. Thanks again.

foliar spray is absorbed really well and its the fastest way to get Mg into the plant

Well found out what problem is..bugs. The little white ones that eat roots. I just picked up some neem. My question is do I water with neem and nutes or just neem and wait for rebound on plants?thanks

From my research they are the gnat larvae . Don't know about black head but white rice size . And fast lol. Leaves are yellowish and growth is slow . So I'm guessing there attacking roots.

Maybe it is over watering then. What is your watering routine/schedule?
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon over the tops of the soil, it kills the fungus the gnats are eating.
if you can try to mix it in with the top inch or so of soil, thats where they like to reside.. From what i have read.
i have gnats in all my other house plants because i over water them and some dont have drainage holes so i read up and tried the cinnamon and noticed that the adults dont like it and my numbers are way down.
i dont know about neem much so wait for someone to answer that question for you.

good luck :)

Also water with hydrogen peroxide.. Like 1/3 strength or so, look it up and that kills the larvae!
