Yellowing Leaves along with thin and falling leaves at the bottom. HELP PLEASE!

These top and bottom leaves of my Mazar Kush are not in good shape fellas. The top leaves are yellowing and withering pretty bad. I thought possible nitrogen deficiency, but the troubled bottom leaves are thinner than the few healthy leaves and cannot hold themselves up. Can someone please throw some advice my way please!?

now im no expert but for a start it looks as though your plant is over watered dude, giving the leaves that droopy look.
Im not quite sure whats going on with those yellow leaves, do you use nutes? maybe a nitrogen deficiency?

i spray kelp extract on the leaves now. i use bloom boost when its in flowering, but thats not in flowering yet. its at 18/6.

I'm no expert but that limpness screams moisture stress and since your medium is clearly moist in the image it would be ove rwatering.
