Yeah I think it might be. Even if your temps are OK I think you can still OD the chloroplasts on light. I'd back the lights off a few inches. Light bleaching and light/heat "burn" are two totally different things.
I've never experienced light bleaching but your pics look like pics of light bleached plants I have seen.
Just my thoughts, take em or leave em.

It's just your plant using the chlorophyll. In flowering it usually hits the biggest leaves first. It's not light bleaching. If it was you would have yellow buds too. I would just up your nitrogen a tiny bit. The plant is getting rid of the big leaves because they aren't serving much purpose anymore. The plant is trying to stop photosynthesis because it isn't getting enough light to make it efficient. It's breaking down the chlorophyll and turning it into sugar right now. People need to quit freaking out over a little yellow in flowering.

have any of you ever seen a nitrogen def if so tell me the last time it was just the top leaves and all the bottom was perfect never. nitrogen def starts at the bottom and works its way up not the opposite if its just the top leaves like he said then its is a micro nute def and like I said looks like iron

You are wrong about plants that are grown in soil never needing to have ph adjusted nutes also. Just an fyi. There is a big difference between nitrogen deficiency, and the plant converting chlorophyll into sugars and turning leaves yellow. I wish noobs would stop giving bad advice around here.
