Yellowing, drooping, and browned tips

I will get pics soon but I am concerned. My plant looks a little stunted.
Its 18 days old and only has 6 leafs. 2 of which are the baby leafs that it starts with.
It looks like its drooping a bit and its kind of yellowish. Last week it looked a lot greener than it is now.
Also, just yesterday I noticed that the 2nd set of leafs are turning brown/dry at the tips.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

18days old is too young for any nutes & eveytime you water the nutes are released from the soil so your tiny girl seems like she may have nute burn.
Try really letting the pot of dirt go dry. Avoid watering too much. Once a week is cool

it seems about like what mine are going through, i changed soil, because it was crappy, do you have holes on the bottom of whatever container they are in?

Yes it has holes. I am trying to get different soil to transplant it.
Will it grow better in like 2 weeks since it will be older and can use nutes?

I use MG soil too I think it's just the soil burning the roots, my plants are and have never turned yellow, but I do have the brown tips. Don't worry about the two pod leaves those are supposed to die. Does the problem get more and more severe, or have they just changed and always looked the same amount of unhealthy?

The problem has been the same amount of unhealthy but the new leafs are growing at a slower rate than the ones before.
