What's the update on your plant Shannon?
I transplanted all 3 of the into happy frog soil. The transplant went kind of difficult.. accidently cut off a couple small roots at the bottom of the cup. I got superthrive so hopefully that will help with the shock and any roots that were cut off. I will let you know in a couple days how they are doing.

I think happy frog might burn a lil bit aswell but I'm not 100%. I would be tempted if you are going to use happy frog though to maybe mix with perlite or clay pebbles to help with drainage and definitely line the base of your pot with these.
If you are able though I would transplant right away into happy frog mix with perlite and give it a nice bit of PH water. I hope this helps.
no it won't burn. Happy frog is fine for newborn seedlings

I was told at the nursery and by a couple other people that it is good for seedlings. So I tested the ffof yesterday and it was high it nitrogen.. you said ocean forrest ph itself so is that where the nitrogen should be later on in their life? I was told light warrior is good but it isn't sold around me. I was using tap water that sat ouy for 24 hours and then switched to distilled. Do you think tap water is better than distilled?
Ro water is the best dont use distilled

I think there is such a vast black hole of oppinion regarding soil etc that we can only go in our own experiences. Whatever works for you but I do agree with your Ro water comment.

Well I transplanted her into Happy Frog last night and when doing so a couple of little Roots were cut off at the bottom but not much at all. I was wearing that might give her transplant shock so I gave her water with superthrive in it. This is what she looks like now..

From what she looks like do you think she just needs a couple of days to recover and will be fine or do you think the transplant ruined?
My other two do look any different then before the transplant and I actually thought her transplant went the best

It was too hot for two of mine but hopefully happy frog will be better for them but I'm using distilled not R/O
Distilled water should be the same if not better than RO maybe in my years ive just never grow a strain that was a light eater as a baby which i feel your plant must be. Many plants behave differently just because it has worked for me doesnt mean shit obviously. That plant will do fine even tho it is slightly overfed.

Distilling water gives u 0 dissolved solids of any kind, why would that be a bad thing? Even my RO water is like 10-25 ppm of something unknown.

im saying ro water is the best IMO second tap and third distilled water.,
why would u rather use tap water than distilled? distilled water is just water that has been evaporated so it has nothing in it but water....if i could use distilled water i would instead of wasting 3 gallons of water for each gallon i use from my RO filter.
