Just put my topped Vanilla Kush into flowering, this will be it's third day and it's showing signs of yellowing, though she's been fed a vast amount of nutes the past week, any thoughts?

Soil - Biobizz all mix
Nutes - AN JJ A+B with other additives such an bud blood etc
Soil PH - 6.8
Light - 600w Duel Spec hps 8" from plant

She's being growing fine during the day as you can see just at night she droops and shows how yellow she is... Light on DSC_0489.jpgLight offDSC_0494.jpg

Light bleaching. Try having the light at 12" - 15" until it stops mate. I had the same problem with my 400" being at 8" But for the drooping that only happens to me when they really want a drink.

Cheers for the fast reply! Will try raising the light to see what happened and post updates in a few days, other than that she's been fed ALOT, guessing the drooping may be due to overwatering though she's been reaching up during the day that shows she's a happy mary.

yeah, looks to me that she's to close to that light. and by the end of the day she's all stressed out thats why she's drop'n. they say a 600w hps should be hung anywhere from 16 to 22 inches. looks nice and chubby, i love big girls

Cheers for the help guy, i've risen my light to one foot (guessing this will be ok?) The new growth it showing nice n' green, though the older growth is still a bit yellow with greenish tints here and there, can anyone tell me if the yellow leaves will stay yellow or will they go green in time?

Kinda looks like nitrogen deficiency imo. Although 8" from plant does sound awful close, it doesnt look like theyre minding all that much. Whats the overall npk ratio?

Nitrogen/phosphorous/potassium the three major elements necessary for plant growth. I guess i shouldve been more specific. Whats the end npk ratio of the stuff he's feeding it.

Thanks but it can't be N problems, trust on this one I've been feeding here full strenght Advanced nutrients Jungle Juice Bloom ever three days, she's good to go. Nutty sKunK was indeed right, light bleaching, since I've moved the light up to 12" the growth has been nice n' green, my only problem is will the older yellow fanleaves stay the same faded colour or go green in time?

looks like nute burn for yellowing and the droop is over watering, the yellow will stay im afraid but will go a pale green once you balance out the nutes. i suggest a flush then just water for 36 hours b4 starting a lower nute dose. you have sorted the light issue now because 8" was far to close. i done exactly the same on my last grow that went yellow and droopy and it recovered in about a week. :) hope this helps

This isnt any nute burn at all, theres only one leaf on the whole plant with two burnt tips, other than that she's doing well. She's grown 3" since the last photo upload and the new growth is back to green! :D Thanks guynewest.jpg
