Yellowing and Brown Spots??

I have PH up and down mate.

WIll ph up my sil once it drys as its quite wet currently.
Not sure what you mean by "ph up my soil" You add it to the water you are feeding to get a higher ph. Dont add it straight to the soil, just incase thats what you were thinking. So yeah, next watering if your still gonna use any nutes or additives you have to check PH after you make your water mix, then adjust accordingly. Sorry if i make things sound complicating.

Ya I understand. Soil seems to be a huge B****, thinking of transplanting my plants into my Hydro setup for better control. Good idea or bad?

No prob. I let one that was couple ft tall outside get to dry. When I tried to water the soil didn't want to take it. I ended up with dry spots in the soil. It looked horrible.
Makes sense. Mine are yellow and brown spots. Im going to transplant to my hydro for better control.

Whitebb2727 is wrong the first part ..... You have got a ph problem and it needs sorting

but he was right the second part.... You have been under watering .

both problems solved :)

sorry whitebb2727 no offence:)

Yes I know.

DO you think I can transplant to my hydro setup?

As this will give me much mnore control.

I have an ez cloner 64 and want to transplant them to control PPM and PH better?

Also what PPM would you suggest? 400-500? as they are around 4 weeks old now just shy.

Honestly i feel more forgiving growing in soil because im an organic freak somewhat. So in my world its easier to use soil as long as i know the soil so i can get a general idea of future deficiencies, ect if that makes any sense. Also cheaper for me. The cost of good hydro equipment in hawaii is retarded. Id say leave it alone. No more transplanting or root disturbances untill your ready for a bigger container. Keep ph within range(NOT ALL SOILS CAN BUFFER A PERFECT PH) so check run-off everytime, find your sweet spot for watering but be carefull because the water gap wil get shorter and shorter, i underwater all the time on accident. They say it wont hurt, but it stunts my flowering plant for a few days everytime i forget.

I was really underwatering like just the top 2 inches... Im new.
If i transplant it will be the last transplant of its life.

forget about the hydro for now trippy and just let them recover before you do anything else ... Be patient for a good week

Explain how he has a pH problem. Soil buffers pH. Worry about pH in, not out. You have no way of knowing what is causing low pH run off. PH run off means nothing.

Im not experienced with pro-mix but i believe if it only has peat and no lime or (un-buffered) the ph will drop over time.

Thanks mate.

Will be going to my hydro as hydro is prefered for me but thanks for clearing that up woith sources
