Yellowing 4 weeks flower any help

Plants are 4 weeks into flower, being fed 1.5ml bioblom per L water and .5ml topmax per litre, under a 250w led light ph is between 6.2-6.5, have some bioheaven and activera that I’m using as foliar spray. Leafs going yellow from tips is this normal for this age or can someone help me out, thanks

I use it the whole way with the bloom
In flowering I normally say near 2mls bloom 1ml grow
Used top max last time not sure if it made a difference if you have it use it
Wouldnt need to folier any more either

Thanks mate will try adding a bit more see how that goes
 
Don't know what thier feeding schedule is now haven't seen it in a while
Used to be 1ml per litre grow whole
Way work up the bloom till 4ml per litre
Never ever got up to that much normally I just go 2
But just use half the ration of the bloom for the grow even
