Yellow top leaves at finish?

Hey brothers and sisters, I got a question, and this is it.
Do your top leaves around the colas turn yellow at finish? I have always seen that as a sign of complete maturation and finish, sort of like fall foliage turning colors, BUT, I had called the AN Hotline to ask about Overdrive, and the dude tells me the plant should be green, with no change in color at all, from start to finish.
I say's to meself, something ain't right here, boss. I got a bottle of AN Overdrive for free, and noticed a LOT of top leaves were turning yellow. The bud looked great, but definitely advanced yellowing. I thought that the Overdrive caused it, but the guy said no way ( great support for their products)
So what's your opinion? Green all the way, or discoloration at the end of bloom?

I've had both actually, I think it depends on the strain.

I've had xj-13 turn bright yellow at finish and the buds were green and friggin deadly.
