I had the same problem with my first crop, I learned however that the problem is likely caused by two factors. First, the lamps might be too close to the plant and might cause the leaves to burn, try raising the lamps a bit, even just an inch or two. Second, the problem might be caused by some sort of nutrient deficiency, when the young leaves start to yellow or wilt that's likely to be a nitrogen deficeincy problem, try adding something called soda of nitrate, something you could pick up at any gardening store. soda of nitrate is simply sodium nitrate which helps stimulate growth and basically when there isn't enough of it the younger leaves yellow, wilt, and die.

I use CFL's though and need no have them close they are about 1 1/2 - 2 inches away...
Also i use MG soil with ferts already in it would adding nitrogen be too much?

No nutes for seedlings before you at least get a few sets of leaves, and then only dilute at first. You can easily grow seeds in rockwool, for example, with no nutrients whatsoevever.

Don't freak out, it's only a seedling and the yellowing is only on the first set of leaves, which don't matter anyway and will be gone shortly. WHen it gets larger you can address any nutrient issues.

That said, give them at least 2 inches, probably 3. I would say that is most likely your problem.
