Yellow spotting

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me with what could be wrong with my auto. She’s 3 weeks since sprouting. Does her growth look ok? I’m wondering about the yellow spotting.
Currently using ghe nutrients.

Feeding
0.5 micro
0.5 bloom
0.5 grow
0.2 roots
1 cal mag

Coco coir/ perlight 70/30

I know didn’t realise once I gave a good watering it all compressed down, is there a way round this?

Feed coco daily to substantial run off using a pH around 6.0.
Never give plain water.
Never let the coco get dry.
Consider this proven feeding chart.
