Yellow leaves

Hello, this is my first ever grow I was wondering what is the reason why the center of the plant is yellowish? Is it a bad thing?
People have told me it looks healthy apart from the light bleach, others have told me the soil looks too wet and I should leave the plant to dry out for 4-5 days and see if I can save it.
The leaves on the plant have now started to point up I researched it and apparently it means they are happy but I don't know.IMG_1433.JPG

It is not happy. What is the pH of the medium? Do you keep is drenched all the time? I think it's either over watered or the pH of the medium is way off.
I think It may be overwatered I water it once a day sometimes twice and I have already started using nutrients, people have told me let it dry out for 4 days and just use water after that.

Then you are definitely over-watering this plant. These cheaper MiracleGro type soils like the Plant Magic Supreme you mentioned always have those "CraZy WatER hOldIng CapAciTies" for house plant people who always forget to take care of their shit.

so over-watering will cause the yellow in the center? and should I stop using nutrients until the plant gets older?

Looks more like medium is a bit hot for this seedling , as some of those “ miracle grow “ type charged mediums go . They cram a lot of elements into it to “ feed for 90 days type “ ..... I wouldn’t feed anything into this already hot soil ....

Bad part is they are designed to feed “ at every watering “ ......

So , I think you should do a runoff test ( ppm / ph ) on a container of that soil , then you will no what this soil comes in at in both ph and ppm by itself .

Ok, stop watering so frequently and no feed yet. Just plain tap water that you pH, if using RO water then perhaps a few mL of calmag.
