yellow leaves, bent plant

Alright so, I left for a four days and left my mom in charge of plants.
I come back and one is fallin all the way over and one has yellow leaves at the bottom. i think it was over watered and light to close so what should i do will they be okay? Is the yellow leaves bad? There all over two weeks tho so is it good to start flower?

look OK to me, if your growing with just cfls you might want to start flowering soon otherwise I'd top and veg another two weeks or more depending on your lights.

right now there under 400w mh light and I'm switching to 400hps for flower sound good if I do that tommorow?

And why emphasize "ok" like do they look shitty?

that's how I spell, they look ok, there feel better.

I just thought you were sayin it like there alright but could be way better. But do you know what caused the yellow leaves? I think over watering but I could be wrong
