Yellow leaves and tips? (pics uploaded)

Hi guys.

My plant is getting these yellow tips and leaves, they almost look like they are burned and there are many pistils that are brown. What do you guys think causes it? It's an easyryder auto 135w cfl and she's been in flowering stage for almost a month now.

When the spots are just on one leaf, I chalk it up to "shit happens."

is that the part that the fan is hitting?
looks like windburn to me, the spots look like light burn, like if you sprayed and put them under the light to soon.
Plant looks fine though, I wouldn't worry or change a thing.

Ok but should I do anything if it gets worse? I'm maybe overfeeding it. Iv put some nutrition sticks in the soil and I'm watering her with flowering nutes too. It's getting to much maybe I don't know can it be cuz of that?

is it the fan?
and I have ZERO experience using nute-sticks, or flowering nutes.
The plant itself looks healthy, the leaf has physical damage, not because of a plant malady, but because of an external source. Like light burn from sprays or from a fan blowing on it constantly

No its not the fan and not the light either they are both a bit away from the plant.

well ill see if it will get better if not ill maybe try to flush it ?
