Looks like fingertipping Bert, happens when you're pushing your fertilizers to the plant's limit.

Flush until water pours out of the bottom - runoff.

Be sure to ph your water, same as if you were feeding.

Make sure your water is ph 6.5 also. Everything going in 6.5

If the average PH is 6.5 indeed... then the yellowing of the leaves could mean a potassium deficiency... am I right?
