So far 3 of my five autos are experiencing this......strangely two other are not and all the plants are treated exactly the same......my jack herrer for example tho it has some leafe curl appearsto be doing very well.....

it starts at the tips and works its way towards the stem......as you can see my blueberry is already about to lose its first set of leaves from this.....any ideas?

soil is biobizz all mix , lights (4) 55 watt 5500k cfl.....schedule is 20/4

so far no nutes have been given only some light rhizotonic added to bottled water

plants are almost 3 weeks old

btw i have two exodus cheese in same setup and they have no problems, could it be an aotoflower genetic problem?

thanks for looking

How often are you watering? Drooping leaves with upright stems is a sign of overwater, this will also cause yellowing and the light brown spotting pattern you are seeing(trust me I'm guilty of it too)

so could u recommend a watering schedule for month old autos? right now its about once every 2 days and not even a huge amount ......

What size pots and what amount? I don't use a watering schedule per say, and I'm in coco not soil, but every 2 days on a 3 week old seems a bit much, I'm assuming since you said autos you are already in your final pots?(3 gallon at least) but in a soil system it's best to water thouroughly (till runoff) then allow them to compleately dry out to make the root system have to grow to seek water(big roots=big plants) and at this age it should take them at least 4 days to drink up 2 gallons or so of water

Agreed. I'm at about the same stage right now with 3 gal pots. Watering every 4 days or so depending on humidity in the area. I find its easiest to judge watering time by weight. Let em dry out well then check your weight. Use that to gauge when to water in the future. Good luck!

hehe.....uh.....yeah........my pots are like......stupid.......theyre not even pots in some cases......but the volume of the diesel one is maybe 1.5 to 2 gal? anyway.....im ginna slow down on the watering to see how that affects things........status update in a few days.

thanks for the help fellas ;)

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but 1.5 or 2 gal may be to small? I generally see a recommendation for at least 3 gal to prevent stunted growth.

af youre probly 100% correct......and you can add the pot size to the many other fuckups of my grow. Be that as it may....for now im stuck with what i got. However i certainly COULD repot them in a few days when i get paid and while the shock may be a problem i still have over a month left of flowering to go and maybe in the end it would pay off to repot them....

any opinions on this?
i remember reading somewhere that the minimum was about 6 liters.....which i think is less than 2 gallons......

my diesel is definitely in a bigger container than that......so perhaps the pot size doesnt completely explain the yellowing leaves. It was doing really well until it started flower and showed pistils....ever since then it seems weak

im so fucking disspirited right now guys......i feel totally retarded......the yellowing is spreading to all my plants except my exo cheese strangely enough but they arent in flower because theyre photos........so im thinking whatever it is it has to be something about the fact the autos are all in flower.....

i need an intervention here.......is the yellowing not enough nutes.....too much......too much water.......just what???? its so fucking confusing and really disheartening........

at this point ill try anything.......it looks like the jack and blueberry will at least pull some nugs.....but the others are just absurdly small and puny and yellowing very fast.......almost another set of lower leaves in just the last 2 days......

look at the pics if you would.....and ill be happy for any advice......

biobizz all mix
20/4 lighting under 4 x 5500k 55 watt clfs and 7 2700k 20 watt cfls
lights average 2 to 3 inches away from each plant
using gh flora gro at strength for flowering

going on 2 days with no water to rule out over watering...will go another 2 days if necessary.....

You are flowering some yellowing of bottom leaves is normal. You seem to be doing what most new growers do and freaking out over nothing. How far into flowering are you?

Get yourself some 3 gallon pots and transplant. I once had to repot an auto during flowering due to being bad rootbound. It didnt hurt it at all. Actually once transplanted it took back off and finished amazing. I was originally growing that auto that got rootboundi. A 1.5 gallon container.. Do this... Get urself 3 gallon containers and a 16 oz. Bottle of fox farm big bloom u will love end results. That ff big bloom is great stuff. U need nitrogen though thats for sure

Ok I would immediately transplant. Be very careful with roots. Once replanted into 3 gallons. Give a light n feeding then see how they respond

Lio, would it help if i got some mycorhyzae and sprayed it kn the exposed roots before repotting? what about any rooting hormone or stimulators of any kind? also would you recommend i stay with the biobizz all mix or use a different soil in the new pots?

im looking at 3 gallon smart pots.....hope thats a good choice.....theure actually about the same cost as the regular plastic ones.

oh also, after transplanting do you stay with the light schedule or give them more dark for one day to let them rest.....and should i transplant at the end of the lights on right before loghts out or does it matter?

thanks!
