Some background.. using 3 27 watt cfls, have the plant in the sun during the day and under the lights and night and doing an 18/6 light cycle... watering every 3-4 days.
Also put some nutes in the last two waterings, its this dynamite stuff that is 18-6-8 and its the kind you sprinkle on top of the soil. About 2 weeks ago i had some brown spot problems before i started feeding it.. the problem is gone now but i had to cut a bunch of leaves that were covered in brown spots.. so thats why the mid ones look so small
So i have a few questions.. going to number them so its easier to answer.
If you can answer any of them would help me out a lot!! Kind of sound like a worried parent lol
1. The bottom leaves are very yellow, and as the plant grows taller only the very top leaves stay green while all the rest turn yellow.. What can i do about this? Also the bottom leaves are really small compared to the top ones..
2. During the 6 hours of dark the plant gets really droopy like in these pics.. and then it gets nice and perky when back in the light.. is that a problem or is that normal??
3. Its getting close to the point where its going to be a little tall for the spot i have it in my house and i was wondering what is the earliest possible time i could start the 12/12 cycle from where i am now.. also just read up on the topping/fimming thing today and i fimmed the top, hoping that makes it a little bushier..
