Yellow and brown leaves

My leaves are turning yellow at the lower part of the plant and brown burnt tips all over. My question. Is should I take off the leaves that have been effected? If I fix the problem will the leaves heal? Any help would be great

What's wrong with my leaves? it's yellow and has burnt. I have seven plants on two has this problem while the other are fine. Is it nutes burn? Thks.

Yeah go ahead and take off those leaves... you cant heal them.. only prevent it from happening again
