Ok I built a grow box I had to go with stealth so the box is...
>2 ft tall
>1 ft wide
>1 ft long

I will be able to probibily be able to get her 20 inches tall with two 42 watt cfls = 300watts I think I am only on lights...

How much do you think I will get. Any special methods for extra bud instead of extra height???

She is about 72-75 degrees at all times with lights and about 66 -67 degress when lights are off.

There will be no stress I have a system that rises the plants 3-4 inches below the plants at all time. And I have two co,puter fans going one suching air in and another blowing on the roots to strengthen the stalk and branches.

get a real light like a 600w lite !! then ull get real results!!!

I know your asking about yeild, but I digress.
The only problem I see with your setup is that it is only 2' tall, 1' wide, & 1' long. That is obviously enough for only one (I deducted that this is what you meant). The only problem is is what if you veg for a month and it turns out male?
Also make sure that your bulbs are 6500k for vegging. I think you should have almost enough lumens to scrape by, but I would recommend "SunBlaze's" 2ft T5 HO 6500k set-up. I use it, recommend it, and it made a HUGE impact on my growth.

As for yeild, that depends on strain, the lighting, etc etc etc. If you do everything pretty close to "perfect," (whatever perfect is) you could (emphasis could) get 2 or slightly more ounces. That would, in my mind, be a realistic goal. But I have had plants only make a 1/4 before (very depressing). So it is really hard to say for sure. Good Luck
