yeast for CO2?

Right now I have five plants that have just sprouted. I've heard that using yeast and adding sugar is a pretty good and cheap supplement for CO2. does anyone have experience with it? How much yeast and sugar do you using?during flowering or vegging or what? any info will be great.

yes it works. us the search option but i think its like 3 sppons of yeast and sugar warm water and some baking powder. shake it up with the cap on tight and the bottle will fill up with c02, its like a white smoke colored air that comes out but u gotta shake it allot
