Hello everyone I will be picking up a free sample of x nutrients (http://www.xnutrients.com/) tommorow, I was wondering if anyone here has tried them? I searched and came up empty handed.... anyways Im just wondering, as I intend to use them on a couple plants this summer outdoors to try them side by side with FF. Only thing I know about x nutrients is that they are CHEAP in comparison with all the others (FF, Advanced, GO, Ect.)

Anyways if anyone knows about x nutrients please lets here your experience with them

if you grow in soil why not brew up a nice tea? plants will love it!
Space.....thats why and im not into paying $10/gallon at the local hydro store, I did once and it went rancid before I even got through 1/3 of a gallon of their concentrated stuff. once I get into a bigger place I intend to make tea, but till then, im kinda stuck

you should
should not....

I've got the whole lineup waiting for a test run as well. I've been checking the labels, and they look as complete as any of the other 3 parts. Concentration looks a little weak. Follow the schedule they have, but run it weaker than they say to.

Thanks! I hope they are good, as I like saving my $$ for more lights and a new place so i will have more space, cant even use all my colorado 24 plant red card right now..... :(

Take a look at the ingredients, and that will tell you a lot. N can be derived from many sources and IMO the more sources the better.
Ammonium nitrate is the cheap way, and Urea is cheapest but wont kick in for a few weeks!
If it looks decent I would sure try it on a potted plant and see.
Fox Farm, Earth Juice... they are all over priced, but you are also paying them to make your decisions for you! most large pro greenhouses mix everything themselves.

we have a different opinion because I have had 100% results with the gel, none died or started to wilt all have had a nice root system after 10 days, and I did side by side with other nutes and x nutes was the superior in all but 2 tests against Humboldt, and advanced but my results were tainted by mixing up my labels on my water jugs. I'm telling you guys x nutrients will be in the top 5 nutes within the next few years

I picked up X Grow & Micro last year. I didn't do any side by side tests, but my plants did fine with it. I like that it has nitrate instead of just urea, which is easier for plants to take up, and generates less salt build up. Overall the ingredients are on par with what Advanced Nutrient pushes.
