How can I help from Oregon?
Not sure, check out the site it has a bunch of info.. I dont know much about the campaign but im sure your voice is just as good as my neighbors. I hear legalize legalize legalize all the time and I honestly dont believe it anymore kinda like the boy who cried wolf but if everyone voiced their opinion I think we'd have a real chance. I think most people support it but dont say anything.. I mean America Is a Democracy and majority rules, so a president or a political party couldnt stop it if the majority was for it.. But honestly is the majority for it? who knows.. Ill just keep my fingers crossed.

I am trying to send Richard Lee's petition to my sis-in-law to sign. Is there any way they can sign this petition online? I can't seem to find it anywhere...

I also tried to do the same, I sent the campaign administrator an e-mail. And also ordered some stickers. 1 is free completely including the shipping, so I'll throw it on my bumper lol. Check this out, the bill is GUARANTEED to show up on the Bill for California in November 2010. 400,000 signatures are needed for a bill to pass and we already have nearly 700,000. Maybe it will happen, but I'm a little confused on how this would work if federally marijuana is still 100% illegal.

As far as the extra income goes if you think about it, it would be quite a bit of money for our economy, not so much just the taxing of it but Im sure it would bring a lot of tourism no..? It would be like Amsterdam In the U.S. ha

Oh heres this Article from the Los Angeles Times, interesting.. http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-marijuana-initiative29-2010jan29,0,6132946.story
