Hey - I'm sure this comment is way to late as you sounded in need, but these guys are legit. The prices should be correct They work hard to make sure everything on the site is up-to-date. If for some reason you see something that looks wonky, broken or just too good to be true, try giving them a call again - 877-694-9376 M-Sa 10-7pst. If you cannot get through by phone, please use the contact form on the site or post a comment to the blog. Someone will address any issues you may have.

I ordered a few things from them... one item was back ordered for a week, which I was understanding about... these things happen. Then I received my order and a part was missing which made everything work. I contacted them and they promised to overnight the part that was missing and they did, but it was the WRONG PART. I called them talked to them on the phone and they were helpful at first and informed me that it was actually the manufacturer that had sent the wrong part. I sent them an email to show that the plug wouldn't fit my light and then they started getting very rude saying "WELL, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?" Umm, well I'm sure as a business owner you are suppose to satisfy your customers and make sure your orders turn out right. I then found out my ONE week back-order was going to be 2 so I told them to forget it and take it off of there. I don't want to deal with them anymore. My correct part is suppose to come maybe Saturday, but most likely Monday. Great... what a waste of time. I should have just spent an extra $70 and went local. I would NEVER recommend igrowhydro and since they did little to work with me.... I'll make sure I write this same review on EVERY review place I find. Thanks for nothing.

I placed a large order with this place on the 13th. It has since been 6 days with no communication from them. I have tryed to contact these people through email and I have also tryed to call them. When i call it goes straight to voicemail and says that their office is currently closed. Lets just say that this place will no longer recieve any of my buisness. DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Well I'm not sure what these other people are talking about but this store is great. I don't post as much anymore but when I upgraded my micro setup I got everything from here. The prices are cheap and I got my stuff within a week. People answer the phones and emails too. I had an issue with powedery mildew and these guys had real answers like raising the ph of the leaf and inoculating against fungal infections. I think people who have problems with things are either people who don't know what they are doing or are self entitled Assholes. I used to do customer service for a printer company and let me just say it is thankless work and I appreciated the igrow people actually helping me.

IGROWHYDRO.COM BEST DARN STORE AROUND. i would have to say they have the best customer service in the world. I love that im able to buy these gardening needs online and there cheaper then things in town. Ty to my friend jeremy for refering me to them. Thanks again buddy.
