WTF Usps?

So my attitude order left ISC and has been processes through the Bethpage NY office, and departed Monday at 7am. I live 6 hrs from Bethpage NY...WHY in the hell has my package not arrived yet? How can it take over 72 hrs to deliver? I never had this problem and I have ordered many times through attitude.

Just got my order yesterday. Same thing happens to me every once in a while. Don't know why but the order always shows up eventually.

Jesus fucking christ dude! I am furious! WTF can take them that god damn long! I LIVE 6 HOURS AWAY FROM THE PLACE! Are they fucking driving around the whole country? And these idiots at USPS cant tell me SHIT! I call and offer to pick up my package and they cant even help me...wtf

Unless you have a P.O. Box, they're not going to say "hey, come on down and pick it up." They have a procedure to go through, and if everyone picked up their mail voluntarily, they'd be backed up out the ass, then you'd get your regular mail even later.

I used to deliver packages to USPS in Valley Cottage, NY, and there is a lot more to it than just living 6 hours away and that piece coming straight to you. Just be patient. They got a lot of shit to go through, and trust me, if you saw the Post Office I was in, you'd understand why it takes so long.

Nothing to do with attitude. It's the USPS new process they claim to save money. A guy sent a package from northern california to southern california, and it went to nj before it went to it's destination.
My last package went the opposite direction first before getting to me. I think it has something to do with the sorting facilities and lots of them closing..

You mean to tell me an american beaurocracy is functioning in an inefficient and unproductive manner? Stop the presses!

Seriously, dude, you need to chill out. I have had orders get from NY to CO in one day, and I have had them take a week. Is there some kind of emergency? You know these take like 3-4 months to grow, right?

worst case, lost in the mail somewhere. I pray that hasn't happened!

Oh by no means am I blaming the tude! Attitude is fucking awesome! I order from there damn near every month...when the promos catch my eye lol. I just cant believe it is taking so darn long to get here when I live so close lol. I am use to the packages leaving Bethpage/Jamaica NY then being here 48hrs later...48hrs TOPS...so yes 4 going on 5 days has me a bit concerned lol. I hope its not lost!

haha no emergency. Just my biggest order yet and go figure, its the one being held up somewhere by USPS lmao!

You could live right next door to ICS and it would take the same amount of time. Distance has absolutely 0% to do with your beans being delivered.

Just relax and your beans will arrive. You're going to need patience to grow your plants, This is good practice for you.

I have been growing for YEARS dude. Been buying seeds just as long. However this is the fist time I ever experienced this. I just got off work and my tracking STILLS SAYS "Your item departed our BETHPAGE, NY 11714 sort facility on October 15, 2012." Fuck you USPS!!!!!!

I don't know what to tell you that hasn't been stated multiple times already. This is 100% completely normal.

I recently experienced a delay with my Attitude order in Ny Customs ... It made its way there and then took two weeks to travel a few hundred more miles .

Our postal service here in the states is under the gun of the govt and is financially strained and fucked like the Federal Govt

Patience , rain snow or next month they still deliver

I ordered 2 seperate orders a week apart from the tude. first package made it to NY sort facitlity and sat there for three weeks. I thought for sure it was siezed. Second packe arrived in 10 days which is typical. 2 weeks later the first package showed up. Want opened, siezed nothing beans inside. USPS sucks the big one.

It's simple... USPS fucks up sometimes.

I lost a package once for 3 weeks. It went on a nationwide tour, all over the place. It would get near my city and then head back out west over the great plains.

It did eventually come but I've had others just go missing and never show up anywhere.

I wonder if Attitude will ever let us pick UPS/Fed Ex as an option.

Makes ya wonder if those "lost" packages are stolen. I know it makes me wonder why my tracking has not been updated since "departing the 15th". Would be fairly easy for some scum bag mail man to scan then take a package.

Fuck that. It's a felony to tamper with the US mail. When you send a package with fedex or UPS, they can tamper with it all they want. It would still have to go through customs basically the same way, it just wouldn't be illegal for them to open it after it makes it through if anyone in their chain of events finds it suspicious.

And for what its worth, the USPS tracking system is pretty much garbage. Offten my package just sits forever at "processed through sort facility" and then doesn't change until days later when it is suddenly "out for delivery". Of course this is the post office, so their computers probably run on punch cards.
