hi,

watering today i noticed something strange about one of my AK-48, it has conjoined leafs?

is this normal, does it happen often?

I'm sure its fine, just one of those freaks of nature.
make sure you stick that badboy between two pieces of glass.
It would be on my wall for sure!

No doubt, I would save it too! I have seen Marijuana plants do some weird shit but this one takes the cake, very strange indeed. I'm goingto see if I can find any info on it.

No but seriously leaves tend to do that when plants are stressed. I've had a few leaves do that on me but after a few weeks they looked normal. Lets just hope that this doesn't continue, because it could be bad genes you wouldn't want to make a mother out of her. All of the clones would have the same abnormalities, then they wouldn't produce as much of a yield than a healthy normal plant.

I don't think the webbed leaves are totally uncommon. There's an Australian strain called Ducksfoot that has been bred specifically to have webbed leaves.
