wtf? round leaves all over the buds, day 57

No light leaks, other plant is same age, looks like I would expect, frosty, super duper frosty, dense tight buds.

The other one is like... it has one bud site that is bigger than the kola. All the buds have been weird from the start.

My one plant, looked like pics I see, white hairs, abundance, now 57 days in it has teardrop shaped swollen etc

This other one, is full of ROUND tiny leaves and since it started really budding it has had HUGE hairs, I mean HUGE, like, if you compare these to the fine hairs on your arm, these are like the whiskers of a sea lion. They wrap all around the buds, are greenish, white, and orange, both plants have had a lot of orange hairs from early on, too.

Anyway, these buds are PACKED with these little mini-basil-leaf looking leaves and huge, fat hairs... it isn't very frosty either, although it has picked up, and I'm thinking maybe this one takes 90 days and the other is only taking this long??

No idea the strain of either, they are both different.

+1 to this, new reveg growth looks wierd usually. check for light leaks!

Ok, managed to pull strings since last visit and got a cam over and took a shot. My camera would have looked like a 1993 webcam, this is better:

The other one can be seen in the background, does that look done? I am thinking of cutting the other one down now. Camera is gone now, should have taken more shots

The light is 6 CFLs, Philips 23w of 100w equivilent, box BARELY fits those and my plants, they are being used to 100 percent efficiency/getting most I can out of them and it's been good.

The only leak I could imagine would be that, well, I have noticed when I turn off CFLs and it results in darkness, I can still see the cfl glowing, can this cause the problem?

Is it reveg? The buds and such all around the stems leading up to each kola do seem to have grown taller instead of fatter. Should I do anything? Should I chop the other one, and then put this one all the way back to veg, then back to bud? Should I let it go?

I took a piece early, when I dried it, it looked right, but there is a crapload more of these basil leaves now than then. Should I be going all the way back to reveg and then try and cut out some clones or something? Finish it and harvest it? Is this why it's not frosty?

I had a california dream that had rounded looking leafs on the bud. If it was going back into veg You would see little shoots comming out. watch for those and you will know for sure.

did you see the pic in the post just above your Opm, if not, is that helpful or conclusive? Is it indeed a reveg? What do do in the case that it is?

I FAILED to mention that it has been doing this since way early in the flowering stage, and the buds were tiny compared to what you see there that is about the size of a small-size can of soda/6oz


Nutes have been 15-30-15 their whole lives since second set of leaves. Once every 3 waterings, waterings are 1/4 gallon each per watering, in 8 ounce shots at a time slowly poured plant 1, then plant 2 8oz, then plant 1 again, and so on, in their 1 gallon pots there.

Soil. It is some Expert Gardener mixed with some Schultz Cactus Mix cause it was far too thick and so I used that, for its high sand and perlite content, and it came out nice, a lot better imo.

I have not watched PH whatsoever. The other plant is fine (you can see part of it in the pic a few posts back), and has been fed the same everything, same schedule etc as the other.

The one plant looks like a leafy wtf, and the other looks like I expected, or as you would expect it should

from the pic it doesnt look like reveg, could be somthing with ur ferts. probably too much, that 15-30-15 wouldnt happen to be MG would it

Yeah, looks like a plant I had. Doesn't look like re-veg to me. The buds next to it look normal. Not sure other than it's not re-veg

All i read was the title, but if its just tiny round leaves its probably nothing.....
Some plants have them, and some don't....

It looks fine... just weird leaves.. ugly kush.....

Aww man that is just a tiniest tiny bit of nute burn...it will make your leaves curl over farther up the plant, whilst the lower and especially largest leaves will start to yellow and then brown from the tips and moving back...

So give plain water when the pot is dry until the leaves get back that soft and alive feeling...
