WTF Is Wrong ?

Hey Guys...

I got a baby plant from a friend about 2 months ago as he needed a hand to save its life and I was able to save the plant its recently took another turn for the worse...

Soil is mixed with Dolomite Lime to maintain a balanced PH and also has a small amount slow/time release fertilizer. I usually water every other day or whenever the soil is dry.

Light wise I'm just using some CFL's for the time being and temperature wise the closet stays between 72-78f

Any input is greatly appreciated as I have no clue what is going on. 3/4 of the Plant appears a nice healthy green while brown spots are slowly appearing which then seems to lead to yellowing of the leaves ?

(1) major nuterient defficiency.
(2) drowned.
(3) and the obvious tip burn(lights/nutes).

They look really leggy too....
What do you expect ? I'm using 4 CFL bulbs so all things considered, its actually growing quite well.

My first assumption was a nutrient deficiency or nutrient burn but I haven't fed it ANY! And I'd assume the slow release fertilizer in the soil does not release enough quickly enough to cause nut burn ?

Now one reason I haven't fed it any nuts is because I was worried it had nut burn from the burnt tips...

Lastly, I doubt its from over watering or drowning but to make sure I'm going to let the soil completely dry and watch for the plant to start drooping and than cut back on the amount of water I do feed it and see if that changes things.

Appreciate all the replies guys ;)
