WTF is wrong with my platnts?

okay take a look at this pics of one of my plants.

the leaves are all pointed up, like its reaching for the light, but i have my cfls postioned like 3 inches from the plant, so i dont think its stretching. also, today i noticed that some of the leaves are becoming brittle, like they are drying out or something? and a couple of the leaves got so dried that they broke when i touched them. what could be causing this?

looks dry, under watered, and stretching for light, too young for nutes if you're using it, how old? how many CFL's what watt? CFL's lie to me, 3 weeks looks like mine did in 1 with a HPS. if you see roots coming out of the bottom of the cup, transplant, shouldn't have to water a lot in a dixie-cup. give em' a little sprinkle. rep + please sir.

def not under watered. trust me on that one.lol.
i have 1 26watt cfl, and 3 13watt cfls. no roots coming out of the bottom.

yeah my box seamed pretty hot today. i have to put a blanket over my box to keap my dad from seeing the light in my closet and if i dont set up the blanket JUST RIGHT, it covers my fan and my box overheats. so thats probly whats causing it. so i think your right. thanks

im about to order a pc grow box with my tax return=D so hopefully i wont have any more overheating problems after i get it since i wont need to cover it with anything.lol.

well seeing as my problem is that my grow box is over heating, then adding more light is the opposite of what i should do. my space is limited and i would FOR SURE have over heating if i put an hps in my box.

a simple fan can solve your woes my friend. my box tops out at 80 degrees with my shitty fan. looks like the air is too dry.

my fan is HUGE compared to my plants.lol. i just need to be more carful about how i put the blanket over my box.

a must
more fans like indianaman says
good muffen fans can help and hiding weed is real hard
make sure ur cool with the downside of being busted by the oldman
happened to me but then my dad showed me how to do it right

What are you going to to about your dad smelling the bud reaking the whole house up in about 6 weeks?

Ya but if hes worried about lights coming from his closet and he only has 3 (very small) cfls.....in about 3 weeks hell need those original cfls ten fold and will need to buy some sort of exhaust fan to filter the smell out in a month. This guy has got some work to do...believe me...its my first grow and I had to go to crazy lengths to have everything stable. I could never be this stealthy in a house with someone who is not to know about my "ganja project".
