WTF is this?

Can anyone help identify what these are? I found this in my bud after grinding it up a bit, they seem to be semi rigid, white exterior (almost looks like fibers) and a golden interior.

They are present they are present in the little "sacks" of the bud, sorry I can't describe it more accurately.

Plant has had Powdery Mildew and lack of water problems. Is this shit safe to smoke? Any idea what this might be??

wow wtf, probably some shit to get u super high,like that legal stuff. same thing happend to me the other day i was picking some bud to grind n this gold string came out,weirdest thing i ever seen. like why do i say that about the legal stuff,well some ppl get booboo weed n they put that type of stuff on the bud to get u hooked n of course to get u fucked up haha

could they possibly be aborted seeds? plants do that sometimes... happened to me on my first breeding project

Partially hermied perhaps? I can't honestly say these plants have had an easy life..
