I guess I should say she has herm tendancies.. no seeds that I could see and no pollen. Although - inexperienced.. my question... can a plant like that produce seed and only fertilize itself without affecting other plants in the tent.. cuz NONE of my plants look like they got pollenated... all fat with trichomes and no seeds. And if a plant does fertilize itself like that.. would I effectively have femenized seed ?

you would have seeds. no need splitting hairs... youd still want to mother then maybe.... at least watch real close thru the full lifecycle and see if its pure.

just because you cant see seeds doesnt mean that theyre not developing.

doesnt matter if you see trichomes. A) some plants still get frosty when pollenated and B) they can be perfect up until pollenation, and THATS when THC production cuts off, from what i understand.

as for only pollenating itself, NO. BUT... (big disclaimer here because its kind of new news to me. definitely research it more) some hermies produce bananas that have retarded pollen in them. i had a plant effectively herm, and because of its structure, where the flowers were, and my laziness, i got it WAY late. everything should have been toast... nanners were crispy and open. but... only a few seeds, and they were clustered around where the bananas were.

Well upon further research - I found that only a 4 top flower tops had banana's. I broke one open and it was loaded with pollen.
I inspected my plants and did thorough inspections and found 3 flowers on a BB Cheese and 1 flower on a BB Blue Cheese that had male pollen sacks.
They are hard to spot.. but I have 7-10 more days to finish the tops and then possibly another 7-10 days to finish the bottoms. The flowers I chopped were mature mostly cloudy trichs 8 weeks of flower. They smell green as hell - I only flushed 2 days ago.
