WTF is Happening to My Plants?

HI, anyone know what is going on with my plants?? They are 2 weeks old and only growing leaves with 1 or 3 leaves on (instaed of 5) and don't even look like a proper plant?? Am using a 600W HPS light about 30cm above plant and a recirc system..

nothing mate, the fives will come, but lay of the water a bit..

Thanks for that.. I'm using dripping water 24/7 is that too much?? or should I just use really slow drips??
Appreciate any help..

that soil is way to wet mate. ive never used drippers sorry mate..

Hey, I could be wrong. But doesn't nitrogen toxicity cause plants to grow like that? too much fertilizer?

your definately overwatering. only set ups i know use 24/7 water are hydro and some hempy grows use a drip, but never soil or coco.

let it dry out some
