I have a few plants that I have veg for 2 months under CFL lights, waiting to go outdoors around the 20th. Yes, veg them far too long. Any way, one is flowering... Not sure what is going on since it is not an autoflower ...it is one out of 3 "Honeysuckle" others are fine. Any ideas why she would flower? I moved her to my indoor flower room so not to reveg on me.

24 hours of light....pre flowers ? maybe but under 24 hour lights?. Looking at her she is diffidently a "honeysuckle" ... looks exactly like her sisters.

you want to grow your seedlings @ similar light schedule as your outdoor location.
If you veg for 24/0 or even 18/6, they can flower when you put them out with only ~14-16hours of daylight.

I start seed outdoors on june 1st, so they're already acclimated to the outdoor light schedule.
If you want to start them indoors, I'd try 16on/8off until the daylight hours reach 16 hours+.

If you started them @ 24/0 indoors, every 3 days reduce the light timer by 1 hour until it reaches 16on/8off, stay @ 16/8 for a week(or longer) then put them out.

Go with kindnug advise . Also if your plant is in a small container or in a container to small for too long for it roots, it could start flowering .(usually have ph problems showing before that) If that's not the issue just pre flowers as mentioned

Is the flowering plant the same size as the non-flowering plants? Does the flowering plant drink more water then the others?

Pics!

Pictures... no, not real fond of putting pictures on the net.
The plant is the same size of the others not flowering. I have them in 5 gallon buckets right now.
I moved that plant to the flower room. Just never had one do this.
