Wal mart has a moisture meter for like 8 bucks you put the probs in the soil and it will tell moisture think they have a combo that has ph of the soil to might check that.

so make a 20 % runoff dont water again for 5 days then in a month i can start adding my ff nutes.
just one more question....im using a 2 gal smart pot i kno rookie mistake .. i want to add two gals of water. do i want to do that like back to back gallons or 1 gallon earlier in the day then one later on? or just add both gallons at one time. whats the chances of me doin this and it suffers from overwatering?

water one day. water slowly round and round to make sure all you soil gets a slow saturation. Wait until you see run off all the way through, a good amount.
. Now feel how heavy the pot is. Remebmer this.. now wait ... wait until the pot feel very light, (this might take dayz) water again.
Its so much easier to overwater and its harder on your girl.
Better to underwater, bounce back is almost immdieate. good luck amigo. get a ph meter. and better yet a ppm pen.

ya bro dont feed your plants yet when you do start 1/4 strength and go from there i use ff and have built my plants to full strength nutes. Ocean forest is a good quallity soil but even better when mixed 50/50 with light warroir another ff product. your plants shouldnt be fed any nutes until they are 30 days. Thats because you are using ocean forest wich is full of nutes.

You posted the same question three or four days ago - most everyone on the threads (multiple threads too) said the FF ocean was to hot for a young plant that was started from seed.

Have you changed the soil - or is it the same problem and its getting worst?

Some RIU members stated that the plant will eventually grow out of it when the plant gets bigger.

A PH meter won't really solve the problem - the SOIL WAS TOO HOT.
