Wtf am I looking at

HELP...cannot figure out what's doing this. Have two photos in veg and an auto that just starting bloom. It started on the auto so I sprayed all three with Dr doom formula 420 3 in 1 spray. Now just a few days later it's happening to all the plants I can't see any bugs and I'm all over these things.

Followed directions. It's no cause from the spray it was a bug issue. Dr doom didn't help much at all. Diatomaceous earth and neem spray got me fixed up.
 
You don't see them because they jump off . Sneak up on them and any soap horticulture oil works .
