I have some k-GRO 12-4-8 rose and plant bloom around the house, but it is not water soluble, it says to sprinkle a tb spoon in dirt and rake it in about 1-3 inches into the soil every two months for best results. I put some (1/8 of a tea spoon) in a 64 ounce jug and let it sit, the fertilizer is still at the bottom (for the most part, as it was, looks like different color little rocks, black, grey and white); I was wondering can I use this water as a benefit to my grow (the water has some small particles of the nutes in it and is slightly cloudy from nutes) or should I use 1/8 of nutes as directed to the soil. If I follow directions would I have to change soil for flowering? ps. My plants need nutes now, I can not afford anything else at this time, please don't be a grow snob and tell me how I am only supposed to grow, if I can afford over priced nutes. HEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont see anythung wrong with putting little less the the recommendation in a gallon of water and shaker up real thoroughly abd water your girl. I use garden tone 3-4-6. Its suppose to go in dirt but i like to take about a table spoon of it and shake it up and water her. But does yours have the essential 15 nutrients?IMG_20141102_155227.jpg

I am in my 5th week of veg started on the 1st, they started really slow but took of after some more research.
Your not going to want to use that in flower, 12-4-8 is really high in nitrogen. I try to use the least amount if not any nitrogen in flower. My only real concern, that I have is rose food is not made for edible crops. The first ingredient is arsenic which is a poison! I grow as organic as possible so my standards are really high. But if you can't afford high dollar bottle nutes you should atleast look into Miracle grow organic veggie blend nutrients if not that foxfarm makes a all purpose dry nute that is 5-5-5 npk for a two pound bag its like 10 bucks from amazon and its all organic. You need to pH your shit too homie or atleast have Dolomite lime im your soil mix. Here is a link to the foxfarm stuff im talking about. You should get this stuff put it in a 5 gallon bucket with a air pump and some molasses let it brew over night and then feed it your plants. Pobably putting a table spoon of baking soda for 5 gallons right before you feed should get your pH to acceptable levels if your using RO water, which is extremely important too.

Less then 10 bucks and its organic and will last you for a long time, read the reviews. Use this until the lasy three weeks then flush the last three weeks... thank me later..lol ..http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0001YC3G4?cache=2b08545db294d287cbac71d39aae3689&pi=SY200_QL40&qid=1414999660&sr=8-1#ref=mp_s_a_1_1

Yea you dont want to use that high nitrogen in flower like he said i agree. For better discernment check out the thread on KGRO. Its called "Increasing your nutes and ph". That should give you more ability to determine whats good for your girl. Sometimes it can be confusing even when your getting good knowledge differently. And when are you flipping to flower?

No I will find a bloom booster with high P and little to no N with some K or look into some organic MIY fertilizers for flower, but for now I need micro nutrients essentials so when I get more $ I will buy better nutes or find remedies for the deficiencies.

Im glad for your. It seems that youre less stressed. Yea and all you need was to feed once a week and water them every other day or when they dry out good. Its always better for them to be dry(underwatered) then (overwatered). Goodluckums...
