Wrinkling Leaf

So I just switched the light timing from an 18-hour photoperiod to a 12 hr cycle and I have noticed the leaves are beginning to wrinkle. I did notice some pests around the base of the plant and have begun to deal with them in an organic way. (Smash on Site) aside from this I just started the week 4 nutrient solution for the general organics nutrients program. Can anyone provide insight into why my plants are exhibiting this behavior? Plants lighting is about 5 inches from the top of the plants and lighting from below provided by two LED light strips.

it's probably bugs eating your roots causing problems with your growth. but it's hard to say without pictures
