Wow stupid mistake!!!!! (Help if you can)

So Im about a week and a half into flowering my blue mystic (reg seed) and at 12pm i usually cut the lights on and lights out at midnight, so i just got home and realized i never cut the lights on this morning....will this hermie my plants? or will they now have a higher chance of being male??\

Thanks for the good news guys i have a timer but have no idea how to work this thing at all lol...but imma take it up to the hydroshop tomorrow and hopefully they can set it for me....the instructions are sooooo shitty lol.
