Yeah she flowering,pre flowers refer to the calyx or staminate,once pistils or balls actually form it is considered flowering nice plants.Have you considered lst to maximize your yeild?

i dont even start counting flowering time to i have a lil cluster of hairs at the top thats what i would consider full flower

Once you start see the pistols coming out from between the leaves you are in full flower, takes a couple of weeks after the light switch.

should I start bloom nuts?
Yes start bloom nutes but @1/4 strength and wait until soil dry to see the effects and plain water the next time,if yellowing occurs that's not from the cold or nute burn then use 1/2 strength just slowly build it up weekly.Remember let the soil dry or you may end up with nute burn when it does after the second feeding.
