Would you guys say its time to flower?

My plants are just finishing up their first 4 weeks of veg. I planned to veg for 2 months however I cant tell if having the plants this cramped will hurt them. I really only wanted 2 plants and 1 mother to put in another room but these still havent shown sex yet so what would you guys do?

I would lower the light hours to force them to show sex, then get rid of the males and veg them just a little longer, or go onto flower now its your call theu will be fine

Should i go to 12 12 for 2 weeks or until they show sex? I use to do this all the time with no problem but now read alot of people saying thatll stress the plant alot.
